Not really a fiber piece but a photograph of my most beloved moonflower. My mother who has passed on taught me the beauty of these flowers. I get them in the spring usually as small plants
and by mid June they start to climb and form these flowers that bloom at night by the light and power of the moon. They are somewhat magical as they have an intoxicating aroma and are so perfect with that delicate star in the center. Later on towards fall they produce seeds which you can replant the following spring. This blog is in honor of my mother whose name was Billie .
